2006 Black Horse
This special wine is named after proprietor Court Faessler’s beloved horse “Black.”
A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This delicious wine is packed with a medley of black fruits with hints of spice and a kiss of oak.
A blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Deep ruby in colour with black cherry, plum and chocolate flavor notes followed by a lingering finish.
Deep purple in colour. Aromatic black currant, blackberry flavour notes with hints of white pepper, liquorice, spice and a silky spicy finish.
Great with grilled steaks, game, tangy spare ribs and hard cheese. Only 220 cases produced.
A delicious blend of varietals from our vineyard, this dry medium-bodied red has flavour notes of red berry fruit followed by a long chocolate, peppery, berry finish.
A very food friendly wine. Enjoy with BBQ, grilled beef steak and spaghetti bolognese.
2003 Pinot Noir
This classic Pinot Noir has fragrant cherry and spicy aromas with a hint of orange peel. Bright red cherry fruit. A hint of chocolate and peppery flavor notes with a kiss of oak are followed by a generous smoky finish.
